  • Full payment is required before we ship your order. For custom orders, a 50% deposit is due before production, with the balance paid upon completion.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, with a $10 return shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
