At JoyNailArt, we love bringing your vision to life. Here’s how our custom order process works:
Consultation & Design Discussion Submit your design ideas through our Custom Order Request Form or contact us directly. Tell us about your preferred stones, style, color, wrist size, and any intentions or inspirations for the piece.
Quotation & Timeline Confirmation
After reviewing your request, we will send you a detailed quotation and an estimated production timeline. You can review and approve all the details before moving forward.
Deposit / Prepayment
To begin creating your custom piece, we require a 50% deposit of the total quoted price. This secures your materials and confirms your spot in our production schedule.
Production & Progress Updates
Our artisan team will handcraft your jewelry with care. You’ll receive updates and photos during the process, so you can see how your unique bracelet is coming to life.
Final Approval & Remaining Payment
Once your bracelet is finished, we’ll share final photos for your approval. After your confirmation, the remaining 50% balance is due before we ship your item.
Shipping & Delivery
After final payment is received, your beautiful custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you with tracking information provided.
